The Perpetual Pipeline system is based on tracking your "points", because when it comes to pipeline; 'leads', 'quality' 'leads', 'appointments', and 'listings' are always going to be there before you get a paycheck.
Here's the point values:
Lead = 1 point
Quality Lead = 2 points
Appointment = 3 points
Listing = 4 points (A 'listing' is a signed agreement with a buyer or seller.)
Note that you get no points for Purchase Contracts signed or Closings, (Closed Escrows). |
