A basic NLP process that helps a person to STOP doing something.

Principles Include -

1. Working with 'Parts' of your thinking.
2. Positive Intent
3. Doing something different, if what you were doing isn't working.

The steps include identifying Positive Intent of doing what you don't want to do anymore and letting your unconscious/subconscious mind find better methods to have your positive intent.
